Debra Gerring

Deb has been creating relationships in the Search industry for over sixteen years. After beginning a career in technology sales, Deb moved into technology search and placement. "It was a great fit and I never looked back." After more than five years with a major technology services firm, she was recruited to a retained search firm, gaining a broad perspective of the search business with multiple clients across all industries. She then started her own company to help clients locate, assess and hire strong talent who make a difference - clients like IBM Global Services, where she built a national practice around the launch of new internet business services and products. Deb joined InnerCircle Search in the Executive Search Practice to assist clients with strategic and executive hiring. She holds a degree from Michigan State University and is the former treasurer of the Colorado Technical Recruiters Network.
